You Exponential Discovery Session

Service Description

Your first coaching session helps you start planning and making progress. There is a Discovery Questionnaire before the 50 minute session. This helps you tell us more about what you want to achieve and particular priorities or challenges, so that the 50 minutes is optimally focused. Every session has a summary email of Goals, Enablers, and Rewards. Plus you will receive a program outline for what you could achieve in a You Exponential Program.
